CLE Materials: “The Guardian and the Trial: Preparing Yourself to Testify and Be Cross-Examined”

Today, Megan Dell presented a lunchtime Continuing Legal Education seminar to a group of local guardians ad litem.

The presentation, the second part of an earlier presentation with Theresa Wozniak Jenkins, titled “The Guardian and the Trial: Preparing Yourself to Testify and Be Cross-Examined,” addressed how guardians can present third-party witness testimony, responding to subpoenas for the guardian’s file, how to ensure a guardian ad litem‘s direct testimony is complete, and how a guardian ad litem can prepare to be cross-examined by the parties’ attorneys.
