Initial consultations with the attorneys of Dell Family Law are scheduled for 60 minutes each. During the meeting, our attorneys will allow you to talk about your situation and ask follow up questions about the most significant parts of your story.

How much is the consultation fee?

We charge a consultation fee because meeting with you for the consultation is our first strategy session on your case, not just a chance to get to know you. The price for a consultation is between $300 and $400 per hour, depending on the attorney you will be meeting with. The consultation fee must be paid when scheduling the appointment. We do not offer free consultations.

When is the next available appointment?

All initial consultations can be scheduled within two weeks, but we limit our availability for consultations to ensure our divorce lawyers in Charleston, SC have enough time to provide quality service to clients who have retained us.
